I am a London based designer and final year fashion student at the University of Westminster.

My designs simultaneously challenge and exaggerate gender and identity through strong silhouettes and sculptural corsetry. I predominately work with dead-stock fabrics and incorporate unconventional found materials into my work. I love to create bold and dramatic looks and take a lot of my design inspiration from historical sources.

Ten strings, two brains and an assortment of pedals combining to create meditative loops and streams of consciousness inspired by the Carnatic, classical, psychedelic, and ambient-electronic traditions. This set will be accompanied by AI-generated visual artwork courtesy of @aetupe77.

Two years ago, Bertie quit his finance job to pursue his musical dreams. Now, with over 140,000 streams, BBC introducing Support and shows at Glastonbury, Ronnie Scotts and the Roundhouse under his belt, he is turning those dreams to reality.

With his knack for lyrics, distinctive voice and electric live performance Bertie has won a loyal early fan base and with 4 new releases slated for the first half of next year as well as a string of shows, Bertie is in for an exciting 2024.
